[ Pain isn't something that Sylvia particularly likes and it's why she does what she does when it comes to trying to prevent pain from being inflicted on another for no reason (in her mind). They're all witches and while she knows that killing one another is a necessary evil, there's nothing that says they can't do it sensibly. ]
To be fair, some people do enjoy pain. Obviously, unless they want to die they don't enjoy dying, but a fair amount of people enjoy pain. Masochists and all, the sadists do too, but that's more the pain of others instead of themselves.

Of course they do. There's always something inherently entertaining to some to tell lies about those who are dead. Makes them look better and stronger.
